Charges
2008-09 rates are listed below. Payment possible in cash or credit card:

**High Season Rates: Dec 15th to March 16th**
Queen room 10500 yen (based on 2 person occupancy)
Double room 9000 yen (based on 2 person occupancy)
Quad room shared is 3500 yen per person.
Long-term stays: 60,000 yen per person/month. This is in a shared-room.

**Low Season Rates: March 17th to Dec 14th**
Queen 10000 yen (based on 2 person occupancy)
Double 9000 yen (based on 2 person occupancy)
Quad room shared is 3500 yen per person.
Long-term stays: 30,000 yen per person. A double room can be booked for 60,000 yen per month during spring, summer and autumn.

Please read carefully:
Children Children under 10 who don't use their own bed are not charged.
Deposit25% Deposit is required within 7 days of booking confirmation
Payment Final payment is due 30 days prior to the booking.
All prices are in Japanese yen.
Credit cardPayments incur a 3% surcharge, VISA, MASTERCARD American express JTB and DC cards are accepted.
Cancellation PolicyUnder 60 days your deposit is forfeited, under 30 days 25% of cost will be refunded, under 14 days no refund.
